At MobileMart PK, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Our goal is to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience from the moment you click "buy."
1. Shipping Areas
We currently offer free shipping across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, and Hyderabad. We also deliver to many other regions nationwide.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive and confirm your advance payment.
Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days for most major cities. Delivery times to other regions may vary slightly.
You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
3. Our Packaging Promise
We understand the importance of your purchase. Every mobile phone is carefully packaged in its original manufacturer's sealed box, which is then securely placed in protective shipping packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
4. Important Notes
Payment & Order Confirmation:
For Online Payments: Order processing begins immediately after your payment is confirmed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Your order will be confirmed and processed immediately. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the cash payment to our delivery representative upon receiving the product.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Timing:
Delivery times may be extended during national holidays and weekends.

Return & Exchange Policy
At MobileMart PK, we are committed to providing you with 100% genuine and brand-new products. To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent returns, we have a strict and transparent policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. 5-Day Return Policy for Defects (DOA - Dead on Arrival)
We offer a very limited 5-day return window from the date of delivery exclusively for devices that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or have a critical manufacturing defect.
Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return, you MUST record a clear, continuous, unedited video of the unboxing of the product package received from MobileMart PK.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed shipping box/parcel from MobileMart PK.
The unopened, factory-sealed phone box.
The IMEI number is on the phone box (usually on the side or back).
The full unboxing process.
The physical condition of the phone from all angles.
The defect or issue that prevents the phone from working.
Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: The product must be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices. The IMEI on the box must match the IMEI on the phone.
What is Covered: Software malfunctions or hardware defects that are not caused by physical damage. The device must be completely dead or have a non-functional core feature (e.g., main camera, microphone, speaker) that is apparent immediately upon use.
What is NOT Covered:
Any physical damage whatsoever (including but not limited to: cracked screens, scratches, dents, water damage).
Issues caused by accidental damage or misuse.
Products damaged during shipping (if your unboxing video does not show the damage present at the time of opening).
Change of mind, dislike of the colour, or finding a better price elsewhere.
Process:
If you discover an issue, immediately email us at customercare@mobilemartpk.com within 5 days of delivery.
You must provide your unboxing video for review. Returns will be outright rejected without a valid unboxing video.
Our technical team will review the video and the described issue.
If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and address.
Upon receiving the product and verifying the defect, we will process a replacement only. No refunds will be issued for eligible returns.
2. Official Manufacturer Warranty
After the 5-day return period, your device is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year).
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is handled through the brand's official service centers in Pakistan.
The warranty does not cover physical damage (like broken screens or liquid damage).
You must present your original MobileMart PK invoice at the service center.
3. Important Notes
Keep Your Video: You must save the unboxing video and be prepared to share it with us if an issue arises. We recommend keeping it for at least 30 days.
Proof of Purchase: The original invoice is mandatory for all claims.
Data Backup: Please back up all your data before initiating a return. We are not responsible for any data loss.
